• 1. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / Gram Panchayat or as mentioned in Passport should be uploaded.
• 2. Please upload latest passport size colour photographs of the student, parents or guardian (if applicable).
• 3. Take a printout of the submitted Application Form and Admit Card on clean white A4 size paper.
• 4. Paste passport size colour photographs (same as uploaded) in the designated place of the printed Application Form.
• 5. Date of admission interaction / interview / verification will be mentioned in the Admit Card.
• 6. During admission process, Admit Card printout must be produced by parents.
• 7. There may be an assessment for students seeking admission to Class I onwards. Presence of parents may be required.
• 8. For admission to Nursery & LKG, student interaction will be conducted along with parents.
• 9. For admission to UKG, observation and interaction may be conducted with parents.
• 10. No request for change of date for interview / assessment will be entertained.

a) Ration Card / Smart Card of parents.

b) Domicile Certificate of child or parents.

c) Voter ID Card of any parent.

d) Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Telephone Bill / Passport.

e) Aadhaar Card of child or parents.

f) Birth Certificate of child.
